TourneyStream is a team communication portal for youth sports teams. This policy covers the milltown.tourneystream.com service used by Mill Town 11U Blue baseball families.
We collect phone numbers provided by team administrators for the purpose of sending transactional SMS notifications related to training class bookings at Hit Mill.
Phone numbers are used solely to send booking confirmations and cancellation notices when your child is registered for or removed from a training class. We do not use your number for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers are collected offline by the team administrator when a child joins the team. By logging into the team portal, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from TourneyStream about your child's class bookings. Message frequency varies based on booking activity — typically 1–5 messages per week during the season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. This is not a marketing list.
We do not sell, trade, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties. Phone numbers are never shared outside of the TourneyStream platform.
